MAKING A PURCHASE
To make a purchase, browse our Shop and add any items that you wish to buy into your Shopping Cart. Once you have added every item that you wish to purchase, open your shopping cart and continue to checkout.
We require payment at time of purchase. You are able to pay for goods in the following ways:
- Credit/debit card;
- Apple Pay.
You may also wish to create an account with us at time of checkout. Signing into an account at checkout is optional. Customers without accounts can check out as a guest.
Refunds are not available unless your item arrives damaged/faulty. If this happens, we will send out replacement parts at no additional cost, if you have contacted us about the issue within 7 days of placing your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We can only deliver orders to UK postal addresses.
All orders are dispatched by the end of the second working day after the order is made, although in most cases are dispatched on the next working day.
- e.g. an order placed on Monday is guaranteed to be posted by the end of Wednesday, although in the large majority of cases will be dispatched on Tuesday.
We pay for your order to be posted by Royal Mail First Class. If you do however require a different delivery method, please get in touch with us before your order is placed. In this case, you may be required to pay an additional charge.
