When will I receive my order?
We'll usually dispatch your order by the end of the next working day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Do you deliver overseas?
We currently only distribute our music to the UK. We may look into sending our music overseas in the future.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available unless your item arrives faulty. If this is the case, please contact us at the earliest convenience and we will sort a replacement.
Should I create an account?
You may wish to create an account with us at time of checkout. This enables you to manage your information and view past and current orders. But don't worry, it's not compulsory! Customers without accounts can check out as a guest.
How difficult is this arrangement?
Each arrangement has been given one of the following difficulty ratings: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or Advanced (which can be found at the bottom of each product's description). For details about these levels, click here.
